Five years ago I had a “heart discontent” that I’ve since discovered was shared by many church leaders. While we could count up our ministries and our weekend attendance, I felt a sense of unease about whether or not we were making a difference in what really matters most. Were our efforts fully supporting the men and women in our congregations in becoming more like Christ; helping them grow to love God and love others more and more?
REVEAL’s breakthrough research is helping many churches begin to answer that question with confidence. Even more, it’s starting to help us identify those leaders and churches that are “high performers” in growing their churches and helping to move their people along the spiritual continuum toward Christ-centred devotion. And as you’ll soon discover, they aren’t necessarily the biggest or the most renowned.
This conference was a culmination of the dream to identify and share what really works.
