It provides training in foundational leadership principles and practices. Additional to the training, participants receive inspirational and devotional input.

The training aspect of the programme is provided in video format by EQUIP trainers, using downloadable notes written by John Maxwell. - DCL combines Willow Creek’s training with EQUIPs Million Leaders Mandate (MLM) material. The aim of EQUIP is to provide MLM material to key leaders around the world free of charge, who in turn pass it on and so on, with the exponential result that millions of leaders are trained. It is our desire to support EQUIP in its vision by providing the MLM component of the course free online. You can imagine the opportunity this presents to leaders in lesser resourced areas.
DCL also provides an excellent solution for developing young leaders in particular. The Willow Creek Association of member churches and organisations presents a wide base for young leadership development.
